These terms govern your use of twoaverageguys.com and the other websites and applications operated by Two Average Guys LLC ("Two Average Guys", "we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Who we are
Two Average Guys LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Texas, United States, with its principal office at 600 Congress Ave, Floor 14, Austin, TX 78701.
Using this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with their operation, scrape or harvest content at a scale that burdens our infrastructure, or use the site to transmit unlawful or harmful material.
Our applications
Some of the software we publish, including our Mint operations assistant, is provided solely for the internal use of Two Average Guys LLC employees and authorized staff of the brands we operate. Access requires an account we issue. You may not use it, or attempt to access it, without that authorization. Accounts are personal to the individual and may not be shared.
Customer facing applications and storefronts are governed by these terms together with any additional terms presented at the point of sale.
Orders and sales
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Quotes, prices, product specifications, and availability are subject to change and are confirmed only when we accept an order in writing. Sales are governed by the terms and conditions provided with the applicable quote, order acknowledgement, or storefront checkout.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, layout, and design, and the trademarks and brand names Two Average Guys, Candy Sense, Metaphoric, and Mint, are owned by Two Average Guys LLC or used under license. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission, except for ordinary personal viewing of the site.
Where you supply artwork, logos, or specifications for a custom order, you keep ownership of them. You confirm that you have the right to use them and that we may use them to produce your order.

This site links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
