Last updated August 7, 2026.
This policy explains how Two Average Guys LLC ("Two Average Guys", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information. It applies to twoaverageguys.com, to the websites of the brands we operate, and to the mobile and web applications we publish.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run our business and serve our customers.
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, company name, and the content of messages you send us. For orders, this includes the details of what you bought and any artwork or specifications you supply.
- Payment information. Card payments are handled by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit our sites we record standard server log data, including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. Our applications record error diagnostics so we can find and fix faults.
- Employee and staff use of internal tools. Our internal applications record the actions staff take, including queries and changes made to business records, for audit and support purposes.
How we use it
- To quote, process, produce, and ship orders
- To answer your questions and provide customer support
- To maintain accounts, invoices, and business records
- To operate, secure, monitor, and improve our sites and applications
- To send transactional messages such as order confirmations and shipping updates
- To send marketing email, only where you have asked to receive it
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it for automated decision making that produces legal effects for you.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it. These include our payment processors, shipping and logistics carriers, email delivery providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, error monitoring services, and our accounting and tax advisers. Each is bound to use the information only to provide services to us.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our staff, or the public. If our business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our storefronts use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember the contents of your cart, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the store is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling necessary cookies will prevent checkout from working.
How long we keep it
We keep order and financial records for as long as required by tax and accounting law, which in the United States is generally seven years. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe. We keep server logs and error diagnostics for a limited period, typically no more than twelve months. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
How we protect it
We use encryption in transit for all of our sites and applications, restrict access to personal information to staff who need it for their work, require individual accounts with authentication for our internal systems, log administrative actions, and take regular encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously and review them regularly.
Your rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it where we are not required to keep it, or stop using it for marketing. Residents of California, and of other jurisdictions with comparable laws, have these rights by statute, and we extend them to everyone. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
To make a request, email privacy@twoaverageguys.com. We will verify your identity and respond within thirty days.
Children
Our sites, products, and applications are intended for adults and for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International visitors
We are based in the United States and our systems are hosted in the United States. If you contact us or buy from us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on this site.
